where do babies come from?

How do we answer this question for a 3 1/2 year old? I didn't have to, Finn came up with it on his own.

The other day at the playground I was talking to a fellow pregnant mom when Finn started talking about where babies come from, he mumbled something about ordering the baby and getting it from the doctor. So I ask him, Finn do you think I went online ordered the baby and the doctor put it in my belly then will take it out when it's done? He answers yes then runs off.

I couldn't stop laughing. I don't exactly want to lie to Finn about stuff, but at this age I am so not ready to talk birds and bees.
